The RENOVA office focuses on the Faculty of Business and Management's (FBM) research and innovation drive, as well as UiTM's strategic research and innovation thrust. Every researcher in the faculty is expected to have at least one research grant and to publish in high-indexed journal papers as corresponding author at least once a year. Similarly, researchers are encouraged to participate in numerous consulting projects involving various agencies. Participation in numerous invention competitions both locally and internationally accentuates another important component of RENOVA. Likewise, the RENOVA is also enthusiastic about commercialization through faculty members' partnership with government and private firms.
