SUBMISSION GUIDELINE

Abstract should be submitted electronically via the conference website ONLY.

Abstract should be written in English with a maximum of 250 words using the template provided.

Each presenter may submit one abstract.

Abstract must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/ .docx) formats.

Abstract should be thoroughly checked for spelling and grammar and ensure accuracy of scientific content before submission. Any request for amendment will not be entertained.

The abstract should not contain graphics or references. Please use abbreviations with restraint.
POSTER PREPARATION GUIDELINES
Please carefully follow the guidelines below to ensure your poster meets the conference standards:

Language
All posters must be written in English only.02
Title and Authors
The title of your poster must match the title of your submitted full paper. List the names and affiliation of all authors. Use superscript Arabic numerals (e.g., 1,2) to identify each author’s corresponding institution. Include the institution name and address of each affiliation.03
Template, Format & Layout
Please download and use the official poster template available on the conference website. All posters must be in portrait orientation. All content-including text, figures, tables, photos, and data, must fit within a single slide/window. Use a font size greater than 16pt for readability.04
Design Elements
Top Left Corner: Place the logo of your affiliated institution. Top Right Corner: Place a passport-style color photo of the first author. Bottom of Poster: Include the logo of the relevant (SDG).05
Poster Fee and Meal Information
The poster fee includes the meal for one author from the group. For additional authors, a fee of RM135 will be required for the meal.CONSENT, PERMISSION & COPYRIGHT
Submitters must conform to the following:
1. To accept responsibility for the accuracy of the submitted abstract and understand that amendment is not allowed once it is submitted and information provided will be published exactly as submitted.
2. All co-authors are aware of and give consent to the content of the abstract and data presented before it is submitted. The submitter accepts responsibility as the contact person for all correspondence about the abstract and to share information with all authors about its status.
3. Submission of abstracts implies the author’s agreement to publish the abstract in all EUMMAS A2S 2025 Conference publications including the website, i.e. submitters are responsible to secure any copyright/permissions clearance required relating to any previous presentations, equipment or other material for inclusion in the EUMMAS A2S 2025 Conference publications.
4. Submitters are responsible to obtain permission from any relevant regulatory authority and obtain consent where appropriate.
5. Submitters are responsible to ensure the work is original and that it does not infringe upon any copyright, proprietary or personal right of party.
6. Submitters are responsible to identify and sort out any potential conflicts of interest e.g. financial interest in products or processes described in the presentation materials, stock ownership, and membership on an advisory board or board of directors or other substantive relationships.
7. Submission of the online Registration and Abstract Submission form indicates the submitter has agreed to all the terms & conditions with regards to the conference registrations and abstract submissions as listed on the conference website (https://submit.confbay.com/conf/avset2025).
CONDITION OF ACCEPTANCE
It is a pre-requisite of the acceptance of the abstract that the submitter must register to attend the EUMMAS A2S 2025 Conference in person (physical or online attendance).
Abstracts submitted before payment of registration are eligible for an offer of acceptance. However, final acceptance requires registration with full payment.
