VIIIC 2024 has three (3) competing categories and accepts submissions focusing on Science & Technology, Social Sciences & Humanities, and Business & Management. The innovation presented can be in various levels of technology readiness ranging from a commercially-ready product to an idea or concept.

Taking part in VIIIC 2024 requires participants to provide the Project Details, Video Link and Proof of Payment.

1. Prepare the Project Details required for Registration using this document. Kindly adhere to the word limit for each section.

2. Once you’re ready to register, click on the online registration link and upload the Project Details into the Registration Form.

3. Project Details for all competing categories need to be in English except for Secondary School Students, who can use Bahasa Melayu.
1. Payment of fees per group is made according to the Participant Type.

2. Payment should be made using UiTM’s payment portal with the links provided under the Payment tab.

3. Keep the payment receipt generated as Proof of Payment for Submission.

4. Regrettably, multiple group payment is not available.
1. Once your Video is ready, submit the Project Details, Proof of Payment and Video Link in the online Submission Form.

2. The duration of the Video should be less than 10 minutes.

3. The Video should present the Project Details succinctly and fulfil the judging criteria.

Important: A publicly-accessible YouTube or Canva link is preferred. Please ensure video links are open for public viewing. Google Drive links are discouraged.

The Grand Winners for each competing category will receive a group certificate and a trophy.

The Results Announcement ceremony will take place virtually in October 2024.
